ImpactAs a Strategic Sourcing Manager located in Birmingham, AL or Minneapolis, MN, you will be responsible for building and executing category management plans, as well as leading sourcing and negotiations for indirect spend.
While no two days are the same, you will act as a trusted advisor delivering foundational and advanced sourcing for complex, ambiguous projects. You will lead cross-functional teams, partner with subject matter experts to design innovative strategies focused on Total Cost of Ownership, and work with legal teams to drive internal and external contracting efforts. You will also champion organizational change by presenting effectively to stakeholders, proactively build a project pipeline, and balance category management with collaborative leadership to ensure desired outcomes while coaching and mentoring team members.
What You’ll Need to Be Successful
- You have a 4-year college degree and/or equivalent experience
- You have 7+ years of relevant experience
- You have strong written & verbal communication skills
- You have experience in using procurement, spend management/analytics toolsets
- You have the ability to work well with others and resolve differences of opinion
- MBA or Juris Doctor (JD) preferred

Pay Range:
$75,200-$114,400

Hybrid roles in Birmingham, AL typically work in-office at least 2 days per week, with core in-office days on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Hybrid roles in Minneapolis, MN typically work in-office at least 1 day per week on either Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday.
Hybrid roles in San Francisco, CA typically work in-office at least 1 day per week between Monday and Thursday.
