Full Job Description
Role Overview

We are looking for a Strategic Partnerships Manager to build and own the external relationships that power ChipAgents' growth. This role sits at the intersection of our product, R&D, and go-to-market efforts, translating our platform's needs for compute, data, foundry access, and strategic customer relationships into concrete partnerships with the companies that make our roadmap possible. You'll play a central role in building the network of strategic relationships that lets ChipAgents scale as both a product and a category defining platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage strategic relationships with cloud providers, including driving co-selling motion and providing strategic inputs to product architecture choices
  • Manage strategic relationships with semiconductor foundries to ensure support for R&D and productization efforts at advanced nodes
  • Identify and manage relationships with data and compute providers to advance model training efforts
  • Structure complex, multithreaded agreements with lighthouse customers that cover commercial, investment, and product co-development terms
  • Work closely with product and R&D to identify partnership opportunities that enhance ChipAgents' product suite, lending strategic support to build versus partner decisions
Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience in partnerships or growth strategy at AI-native companies, consulting, venture capital, or private equity
  • Strong track record building and managing strategic relationships with large technical organizations (cloud providers, foundries, or similar)
  • Comfort structuring and negotiating complex partnership agreements with technical, commercial, and executive stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical needs into partnership strategy
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with product, R&D, and go-to-market teams in a fast-moving environment

Nice to Haves
  • Experience with semiconductor foundries or hardware design workflows
  • Experience structuring partnerships involving compute or data access for AI model training
  • Background in the semiconductor or EDA industry
  • Existing relationships with cloud providers, hyperscalers, or foundries

Why ChipAgents
  • Build the partnership infrastructure for a category-defining AI platform at the intersection of the two biggest technology waves of the decade, AI and semiconductors.
  • Own strategic partnerships from the ground up at an early-stage company, not inherit a playbook inside a large, established partnerships org.
  • Work alongside a world-class technical team and an advisory board of EDA legends, with real product, real customers, and real scale already in production.
What We Offer
  • $175k - 225K base salary + equity. Open to above-scale compensation for exceptional candidates.
  • Unlimited PTO and full benefits (medical, vision, dental, 401k).
  • Two engineering-centric offices with free parking, private gym, and free lunch, drinks and snacks.
