Missions/Main Duties
Reporting to the Station Design Manager within the Co-Development Phase of the ALTO programme, the Station Design Deputy Manager will support the coordination and delivery of the multidisciplinary design of HSR (High Speed Rail) stations and associated facilities across project stages. The role will assist in ensuring that station designs are developed in alignment with project objectives, operational requirements, passenger experience expectations, regulatory requirements, constructability constraints, and lifecycle performance targets.
The Station Design Deputy Manager will work closely with architecture, structural, MEP, civil, utilities, fire/life safety, vertical transportation, BIM/digital engineering, and rail systems teams to support design integration, interface tracking, document control, meeting coordination, and follow-up of technical actions. The role is intended to provide day-to-day coordination support to the Station Design Manager and discipline leads to help maintain design progress, consistency, and quality across station packages.
