What you'll do day-to-day
Lead the end-to-end development of internal tools and AI-driven applications that enhance Wisable's deal execution and business processes.
Design and executing AI-powered workflow products to streamline business brokerage operations.
Conduct user interviews to create meaningful and easy experiences for our users
Prototype tool and product features.
Collaborate with engineering, business teams, and design to define product specifications and drive execution.
Manage project timelines and ensuring smooth technical implementation.
Integrate new technologies, particularly LLMs, to enhance workflow automation.
What we're looking for
A bachelor's degree or higher, an impressive record of academic and professional achievement, and three to six years of experience.
At least three years of experience in developing technology products alongside development teams and at least one year of experience in building workflow products that support business activities and processes.
Experience in successfully taking a product from conception to completion, ideally in a startup environment.
Data-driven mindset, with experience iterating and optimizing product features and satisfaction based on user behaviors and engagement.
Experience with using LLMs to develop features, tools, or products (personal experience is acceptable; it doesn't need to be for work or academic research).
Impressive communication skills, a collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to manage multiple projects.
Experience or knowledge in financial transactions and markets is a plus.
The expected annual base salary for this position is $185,000 to $230,000.
