Full Job Description
ABOUT THE TEAM

The Sentry Fixed Site Systems team develops integrated autonomous security systems deployed across defense, border security, air defense, maritime, and critical infrastructure missions. These systems combine sensing, autonomy, communications, compute, power, structure, and platform technologies into complete operational capabilities. The team works across multiple engineering disciplines and business lines to deliver fixed-site systems and future integrated variants, while leveraging common Sentry platform technologies wherever possible.
ABOUT THE JOB

Anduril is seeking a StaffTechnical Program Manager to lead development and delivery of Sentry Fixed Site Systems. In this role, you will own technical planning and cross-functional execution for integrated fixed-site products, driving alignment across subsystem teams, platform teams, manufacturing, field operations, product management, and business line stakeholders. You will be responsible for ensuring complex hardware and software subsystems mature into complete, deployable systems that meet customer needs, technical requirements, schedule commitments, and manufacturing readiness expectations.

Success in this role hinges on three key facets:
  1. Integrated systems mindset - understanding how sensors, PTUs, compute, power, comms, autonomy, structure, and mission software come together into a complete deployable system.
  2. Execution ownership - driving development through integration, qualification, production readiness, and deployment while managing risks and dependencies.
  3. Cross-functional alignment - partnering across Product, Architecture, Engineering, Manufacturing, Field Operations, and business line stakeholders to deliver complete mission systems.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Lead technical execution for integrated Sentry Fixed Site systems, across ground, maritime and air defense mission variants.
  • Drive programs from concept through system integration, validation, qualification, production readiness, and deployment.
  • Coordinate subsystem integration across sensing, PTU, compute, communications, power, autonomy, mission software, and structural systems.
  • Partner with Sentry Platform TPMs to align shared subsystem roadmaps with integrated system milestones.
  • Work closely with Product Management, Platform Architecture, Chief Engineers, Manufacturing, Field Operations, and business line stakeholders.
  • Lead cross-functional planning, design reviews, build readiness, test events, and deployment readiness activities.
  • Manage schedules, risks, dependencies, and technical tradeoffs across multiple subsystem teams.
  • Drive reuse of common platform technologies while supporting mission-specific customer variants.
  • Communicate system-level program health, risks, technical decisions, and milestones to leadership.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 8-10+ years of experience leading complex hardware or hardware/software development programs.
  • Demonstrated success delivering integrated systems from concept through production, deployment, or field operations.
  • Strong understanding of systems integration, hardware development, validation, qualification, and manufacturing readiness.
  • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams across hardware, software, test, manufacturing, and operations.
  • Proven ability to manage technical risk, dependencies, and execution across complex programs.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience with autonomous systems, robotics, aerospace, defense, sensor systems, or industrial hardware.
  • Experience integrating complex electromechanical systems with software, compute, power, communications, and sensors.
  • Experience supporting customer demonstrations, field testing, or deployed systems.
  • Familiarity with qualification testing, production readiness, sustainment, and manufacturing ramp.
  • Experience working across multiple product lines or business units.
