This is a hybrid role (3 days in office / 2 days remote).About your team:We seek a motivated Incident Responder to join our Security Operations team. You will assist in monitoring, detecting, analyzing, and responding to security events and incidents. This role is ideal for candidates eager to develop hands-on skills in incident handling, threat analysis, and cybersecurity tools.
What will be your responsibilities within IBKR:- Monitor security alerts from SIEM, EDR, and other monitoring platforms
- Assist in the triage, investigation, and containment of security incidents
- Collect and analyze logs, network data, and endpoint artifacts
- Document incident findings and support root cause analysis
- Escalate complex incidents to senior analysts
- Participate in security exercises and continuous improvement initiatives
Which skills are required:- 6+ years of experience
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts, threats, and attack vectors
- Familiarity with SIEM, endpoint protection, or network monitoring tools (preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and documentation abilities
- Degree or certification in cybersecurity, information technology, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience)
