- Own and evolve the Intelligence domain vision: Write and maintain a 12-18 month AI product thesis that reflects shifts in the AI landscape.
- Lead the agent platform end-to-end: Take full ownership of Skubot (our in-app agent), the action/capability catalog, agent permissions, and the public MCP surface.
- Drive AI monetization & value: Design credit pricing, packaging, and overage strategies; quantify labor hours displaced and revenue enabled for distributors to guide prioritization.
- Instrument for measurable success: Establish in-product analytics, LLM observability (traces, token costs), and adoption baselines to track performance.
- Run discovery & execute safely: Test hypotheses and ship reliable, safe agent write-actions with high trust, confirmation flows, and auditability.
- Bridge product, engineering, and design: Translate technical agent capabilities into clear PRDs and work directly with engineers on design details.
- Maintain deep customer connection: Engage directly with users weekly through discovery calls, beta feedback, and adoption check-ins.
- Steward broader Intelligence surfaces: Triage backlogs and balance ongoing improvements across reporting, CRM, mockups, and notifications alongside the agent roadmap.
- Communicate & evangelize: Share progress, economics, and tradeoffs with leadership and advocate for agent capabilities internally and across the skummunity.
What You BringSome of the experiences and qualities that help you thrive in this role:
- 6+ years of product experience, including successfully shipping agents, LLM-powered features, APIs, or complex technical products to production.
- Strong quantitative and AI fluency, with experience in usage-based monetization models, LLM behavior/observability, and product analytics tools (SQL, Metabase, or Fullstory).
- Proven ability to formulate and defend an independent product thesis, translating high-level vision into clear engineering direction and measurable business impact.
- Comfort working independently and asynchronously, while also prioritizing collaboration and connection with people
- Experience (or excitement for) working with AI
- Bonus: Familiarity with LLM observability tooling (e.g., Langfuse), continuous delivery practices, or agent safety design (human-in-the-loop, confirmation flows).
