Staff Attorney - eDiscovery

Responsibilities
• Assist litigation teams with eDiscovery and related projects, including some written discovery, in large MDLs, class actions and mass torts
• Assist with the management of and execution of eDiscovery workflows across matters, including identification, preservation, collection, processing, review, and production of ESI
• Conduct responsiveness and privilege analysis, create and run searches and analytical queries, manage coding and assist with production
• Conduct second-level document review for relevance, privilege, confidentiality, and key issues
• Partner with case teams to develop and execute review strategies, including use of analytics and technology-assisted review (TAR)
• Assist with preparing draft responses to discovery related documents such as requests for production, confidentiality challenges, etc. Assist in preparing privilege logs and redactions
• Support deposition and trial preparation through identification and organization of key documents
• Prepare fact summaries, case chronologies, and case analyses to support motions, hearings, and trial strategy

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of litigation experience in eDiscovery, litigation support, or complex litigation
• Experience with personal injury, product liability and mass tort litigation preferred, but candidates with medical malpractice or commercial litigation experience will also be considered
• Experience with leading eDiscovery platforms (e.g., Relativity, Everlaw, Disco, or similar)
• Familiarity with TAR, analytics tools, and data visualization techniques is a plus

Hours:
• This position will be full-time, and can be either in-office, hybrid or 100% remote, based on the preference of the candidate
