Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced SSO Lead Engineer to lead and support Single Sign-On (SSO) platforms across a diverse portfolio of applications serving internal and external users. The role combines hands-on expertise in Okta and Microsoft Entra ID security with project management, technical coordination, and operational oversight to ensure secure, reliable, and consistent authentication across enterprise applications.
Required Skills- Strong experience with Single Sign-On (SSO) platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Okta SSO.
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID and identity security.
- Project management and coordination skills.
- Understanding of authentication, access controls, and enterprise SSO integrations.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex authentication and application access issues.
- Experience coordinating technical teams and application owners.
Preferred Skills- Experience leading enterprise SSO implementation, integration, and support activities.
- Experience managing application onboarding and SSO integration initiatives.
- Knowledge of identity security best practices and access management controls.
- Experience coordinating project timelines, risks, issues, and technical deliverables.
- Experience supporting SSO platforms for both internal and external users.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the support and maintenance of SSO platforms across a diverse portfolio of applications.
- Oversee Okta and Microsoft Entra ID integrations and related identity security activities.
- Coordinate SSO implementation, application onboarding, and integration initiatives.
- Manage project activities, timelines, dependencies, risks, and issues.
- Troubleshoot complex authentication failures and access-related problems.
- Work with application owners, security teams, and technical stakeholders to resolve integration issues.
- Validate authentication flows and access controls to maintain secure application access.
- Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and project status updates.
- Identify opportunities to improve SSO reliability, security, and operational efficiency.
Education RequirementBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
