Our Global Facilities Space Planning team is looking for the right teammate to support occupancy data for all our global sites. As a Sr. Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for pulling data metrics monthly, transforming data into visuals, and office space planning. lace
Where you come in:
- Develop, maintain, and enhance space utilization dashboards (badge, sensor, occupancy data).
- Analyze trends and provide actionable insights for capacity planning, real‑estate strategy, and workplace design.
- Support long‑range planning through headcount modeling, space optimization, and forecasting.
- Create operational dashboards that track maintenance, vendor performance, and facility health.
- Partner with Facilities, IT, HR, and Workplace teams to align insights with business needs.
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership with clear, data‑driven narratives.
- Accurate dashboards used as the organization’s primary source of truth.
- Improved space efficiency and informed planning decisions.
- Strong cross‑functional alignment through clear and consistent reporting.
What makes you successful:
- 5+ years in facilities management, workplace operations, corporate real estate, or analytics.
- Strong skills in data analysis and dashboard tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Experience with utilization data (badge, sensors, reservation platforms).
- Familiarity with CAFM/CMMS and workplace technology systems.
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate data into business decisions.
Preferred
- Experience in occupancy planning or portfolio strategy.
- Exposure to data automation or systems integration.
