Full Job Description
Responsibilities: - Sales
Develop sales strategies and attract new clients for contract engineering agency.
Source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve successful contracts.
Play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads and qualifying prospects.
  • Forecast sales, develop sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness
  • Evaluate customers' needs and build productive long-lasting relationships
  • Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads
  • Attend meeting, sales events and training to keep abreast of the latest developments
  • Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data
  • Maintain and expand client database
  • Work with Recruiting staff and provide clear communication of client companies requirements to assure positive placement rate
  • Support in the Recruiting effort
Responsibilities - Recruiting Support
  • Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
  • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
  • Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job board
  • Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media etc.
  • Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Marketing/ Engineering and 8 years of experience in staffing, contract engineering, work force management solutions, with 3 years' experience in the sales of these services.

Proven experience in working with large clients and front end the onsite contracting needs of clients. Must have had strong hands-on experience in leading all aspects of sales, liaison with recruiting team, HR and immigration team and possess strong knowledge on all aspects from sales to deployment of candidates.

Any experience with design / simulation engineering staffing with Auto Industry is a huge advantage.

Excellent communication skills, team player and experience using tools such as Applicant Tracking System (JobDiva, MySuccess,etc.) is highly desired.
