Role Overview:The Senior Workday Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, testing, and troubleshooting Workday solutions, with a strong focus on Workday Integrations, Payroll, and Cloud Connect. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders and contributing to the data and analytics strategy for human resources.
Key Responsibilities:- Designing, developing, and maintaining Workday dashboards, applications, reports, and integrations.
- Testing and troubleshooting Workday integrations to ensure optimal performance and accuracy.
- Collaborating with stakeholders across finance, human resources, accounting, payroll, and legal to define business requirements and address pain points.
- Contributing to and executing the data and analytics strategy specifically for human resources.
- Integrating Workday with other technologies and various vendor systems.
- Participating in knowledge capture sessions and assisting in building HP delivery collateral.
Required Skills:- 10+ years experience with Workday Integrations, demonstrating core expertise.
- Proficiency in Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB).
- Experience with Core Connector for Worker (CCW).
- Knowledge of PECI (Payroll Effective Change Interface).
- Familiarity with PICOF (Payroll Interface Connector).
- Expertise in Workday Cloud Connect Integrations.
- Experience with Workday Web Services.
- Strong understanding and application of REST APIs & SOAP APIs.
- Proficiency in XML, XSLT 2.0 & XSLT 3.0 Transformations.
- Ability to create Workday Custom Reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite).
- Experience with Workday Document Transformation.
- Knowledge of Object Transporter 2.0 (OT2).
Qualifications:- 8-10 years of overall experience in a relevant Workday development role.
Preferred Skills:- Experience with Workday Payroll.
- Familiarity with Workday Integration Cloud.
- Proficiency in Workday Cloud Connect.
