Responsibilities- Drive execution of strategic PLx initiatives from planning through delivery.
- Improve operational efficiency through process definition, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts spanning engineering, operations, security, compliance, finance, and business teams.
- Support executive and customer engagements by developing briefing materials, tracking commitments, and driving follow-through on actions.
- Develop and maintain business rhythms, operational reviews, status reporting, and leadership communications.
- Identify trends across customer engagements and operational data to inform investment decisions, roadmap priorities, and service improvements.
QualificationsRequired/minimum qualificationsBachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects

The successful candidate must have an
active U.S. Government Top Secret Security Clearance with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI).

Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Additional or preferred qualificationsBachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
6+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
1+ year(s) of experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).
Technical Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $160,200 - $261,000 per year.
