Full Job Description
We9re seeking an experienced Sr. Technical Infrastructure Program Manager to own infrastructure delivery for the network and logical scope of our ML/AI data center builds. This is an infrastructure role with a heavy network focus. You9ll assist and advise across multiple locations at once, and serve as the subject matter expert on the network and logical side of the process so infrastructure deliveries account for it. You9ll own the physical foundation network capacity lands on: space, power, rack positioning, and deployment readiness. You9ll work closely with the Network TPMs and engineering teams who own network design and delivery, making sure their plans can actually land, on time and to spec.
To do that well, you9ll need more network fluency than a typical infrastructure PM. That means understanding topology, scaling, and rack requirements well enough to turn network intent into infrastructure plans and to question assumptions in both directions. You don9t need to own the network yourself. When five teams are pointing at each other, you find where the chain is broken and get the program moving again. When a declared blocker doesn9t hold up, you test it and push back with data. When an issue shows up at one site, you assume it9s coming at others, get ahead of it, and write it down so the next build doesn9t hit the same wall.
The successful candidate is a strong written and verbal communicator who adjusts the depth and framing of an answer to who9s asking and why. They aren9t slowed down by ambiguity or competing priorities, and they9re comfortable working across many builds at different phases at the same time.
Key job responsibilities
- Own infrastructure readiness for network and logical scope across concurrent new-region and expansion builds
- Turn network requirements (topology, rack BOMs, power data) into site-specific space and power plans
- Act as the infrastructure counterpart to Network TPMs: line up network schedules with site delivery, and surface physical constraints early
- Map dependencies across construction, fiber, capacity planning, logistics, and deployment teams; build and drive schedules down to critical-path detail
- Cross-check outputs from multiple planning and tracking systems, find gaps in upstream data, and drive corrections
- Look for problems that repeat across sites and turn the lessons into runbooks and shared knowledge
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of program management or technical project management experience
- Experience in one or more of the following areas: data center or network capacity planning, data center or network infrastructure program/project management, or related technical fields
- 5+ years of building and leading large teams and working in matrixed operating structures experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Bachelor9s degree or equivalent in a related technical field
