Full Job Description
The Sr. System Analyst is responsible for leading the analysis, design, implementation, migration, enhancement, and ongoing support of enterprise accounting and finance systems, with a primary focus on the Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation and migration from Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS). This role partners closely with Accounting, Finance, IT, Supply Chain and Operations stakeholders, implementation partners, and vendors to optimize processes, improve system functionality, and support scalable technology solutions that enable continued business growth. Serves as a key liaison between business teams and technical resources, translating business needs into effective system solutions while supporting change management, training, testing, documentation, and post-implementation stabilization.

What you will do:

Accounting Systems Projects
  • Lead ERP implementation, enhancement, upgrade, and migration projects across Accounting, Finance, Procurement, and related business functions.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), Oracle Fusion Cloud, and related accounting systems.
  • Manage project plans, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, deliverables, and communications to ensure projects are completed within agreed scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Establish and maintain strong vendor and implementation partner relationships to support timely issue resolution, escalation management, and successful project outcomes.
  • Maintain awareness of cost, operational, compliance, and customer-service impacts when evaluating system decisions and project recommendations.

Process Analysis and Solution Support
  • Partner with business stakeholders to evaluate current-state processes, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend scalable system solutions.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements; translate requirements into functional and technical specifications.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, process mapping workshops, solution design reviews, and stakeholder alignment meetings.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams and support effective prioritization across competing business and system needs.
  • Support organizational change management activities, including stakeholder communication, end-user training, adoption support, and continuous improvement.

ERP Operations & Support
  • Support system configuration, testing, integration, data migration, user acceptance testing, production deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.
  • Coordinate system integrations between ERP platforms and third-party applications, ensuring alignment with business requirements and operational needs.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, business process flows, configuration documentation, training materials, and support procedures.
  • Troubleshoot complex system issues and coordinate resolution with internal IT teams, vendors, and external support partners.

How you will shine:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in systems analysis supporting enterprise applications.
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on ERP implementation, upgrade, enhancement, or cloud migration experience.
