About the job youre considering:
Stibo STEP MDM Solution & Delivery Architect with experience leading end-to-end MDM implementations, including solution architecture, data modeling, SKU migration, Boomi integrations, data migration, QA testing, and change management. Skilled in aligning STEP implementations with business objectives , reducing delivery risks, and collaborating across business and technical teams to deliver scalable MDM solutions.
Your Role :
- 7+ years of experience delivering Stibo STEP Product MDM and multi-domain MDM implementations.
- Strong expertise in Product MDM architecture, data modeling, workflows, and business rule configuration.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable data standards, governance frameworks, and solution architectures.
- Experience with data quality, stewardship, golden record design, master data lifecycle management, and data governance.
- Hands-on experience leading data migration, reconciliation, validation, and SKU migration initiatives.
- Skilled in collaborating with business and technology stakeholders, including executive leadership.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex MDM concepts in business-friendly terms.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking, problem-solving, and delivery leadership across enterprise MDM programs.
- Experience working with Boomi integrations and enterprise data ecosystems.
- Industry experience in manufacturing and retail environments supporting large-scale product data management initiatives.
Technical & Platform Skills
- Significant experience (7 - 12 years) in the design and development of Stibo STEP MDM product and other domain data solutions.
- Must be able to design and govern complex integration and oversee Boomi architecture.
- Integration success requires knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA, Salsify, PLMs (Centric & Teamcenter), IBP, GS1, and downstream consuming systems.
- Additional key technical integration competencies are: SAP master data integration; API, event driven and batch; source to target mapping; error handling and observability; and cross-platform enterprise architecture.

Education :Minimum Degree: Bachelor of Arts or Science
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is:$101,000 to $266,000.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
