This role can be filled in the Northeast (New York, NJ, Philadelphia, Boston), our San Francisco headquarters, OR other remote locations in the U.S.As a Senior Statistician, you'll work within a cross-functional team alongside other analysts, data-scientists, engineers, and commercial stakeholders in generating actionable insights to help improve healthcare.
How you'll make an impact:- Take ownership and evolve our existing program impact measurement capabilities, built in-house and in partnership with third-party experts such as IQVIA.
- Develop and maintain analytically rigorous program performance benchmarks.
- Discuss standard and bespoke measurement methodologies with clients during pre-sale and present analysis results to brand marketing team as well as client analytics team
- Mentor and help Business Analytics Managers with interpreting measurement results, identifying actionable insights and preparing for client discussions leading to increased sale and renewals
- Serve as statistical consultant and provide guidance to Data-Science team for advanced modeling
- Help implement and scale survey / market research based measurement capabilities
- Manage vendor relationships for third party data procurement.

About you:- 10+ years of professional experience in a quantitative or statistical role (e.g., statistician, biostatistician), within healthcare, pharma, or a related industry.
- Hands on experience with statistical methodologies and techniques such as test-vs-control study designs, covariate adjustment methods (e.g., ANCOVA), clustering, etc.
- Strong context into HCP prescription and claims data, including how they're recorded and tracked by data vendors, what they represent, and typical data gaps.
- Advanced SQL and python proficiency including writing complex queries across multiple tables and familiarity with data science libraries
- Experience working with third party analytics vendors such as IQVIA, including running independent studies, engaging in RFPs and contract discussions, and maintaining relationships.
- Experience applying data science techniques such as clustering and machine learning to sponsored engagement, using Rx and Dx data to measure impact.
- Experience representing yourself externally and leading client conversations around program performance analysis.

CompensationThe anticipated total compensation for this role is $151,000 - $207,000, depending on factors such as experience, skills, location, and internal equity. Our total compensation package may include:
- Base salary
- Equity (where applicable)
- Annual bonus or incentive compensation (where applicable)
