Job Title: Senior Software Developer
Location (city, state): Arlington, TX
Assignment Type: Direct hire
Pay: $100,000-$130,000 annually, plus a target 10% bonus
Work Schedule: On-site Monday through Thursday; remote Friday

We are seeking a Senior Software Developer to design, build, and improve complex applications. This is a hands-on technical leadership role for someone who enjoys writing code, shaping architecture, solving production problems, and helping other developers grow. The position has no direct reports.
Key Responsibilities: - Design software solutions that meet business needs and can evolve over time.
- Develop, test, and review code using established engineering practices.
- Connect internal applications with third-party systems and services.
- Diagnose difficult application issues and resolve production incidents.
- Improve existing systems to support changing operational needs.
- Partner with developers on technical designs and mentor less-experienced team members.
- Document system architecture, workflows, and key technical decisions.
- Work with cross-functional stakeholders to plan and deliver application updates.
Qualifications: - Approximately 6-10 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong development experience with C#, .NET Core, and JavaScript.
- At least five years of experience writing SQL for SQL Server or another relational database.
- Experience designing the architecture of complex applications and guiding technical decisions.
- Familiarity with legacy ASP.NET applications and PostgreSQL.
- Experience with AWS, including ECS and containerized applications.
- Ability to review code, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate effectively with other developers.
- A degree or certification is welcome; demonstrated professional experience is the priority.
Additional Details: This role works alongside senior and mid-level developers on a seven-person team. The interview process is expected to include an initial video conversation, an on-site technical discussion, and a final culture conversation.
