The OpportunityWe are seeking an accomplished Sr. Revenue Systems Analyst responsible for the end-to-end design and implementation of revenue-related systems and infrastructure. This individual will partner with multiple organizations within Adobe, including Revenue Assurance and Accounting Operations, Technology Services, FP&A, BU Product Teams, Legal, Order Management, and others to ensure accuracy and consistency of external and internal financial accounting and reporting data within the framework of a myriad of strategic business projects. The candidate has a passion for problem solving and can work in high-visibility situations to assess, build, implement, and communicate the best solution to a broad and varied audience.
What you'll Do- Support and backfill the Revenue Accounting and Operations organization's daily tasks
- Assist with monitoring and troubleshooting key health metrics for our revenue accounting systems (SAP S/4 HANA)
- Coordinate with various teams across the Revenue Accounting and Assurance organization to understand accounting guidance and system behavior
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Finance teams on GTM initiatives by evaluating risks and impact to our revenue systems, and supporting initiative launches
- Create and test trusted financial reporting data models which will be used cross-functionally to support the quarterly financial close and reporting process
What you need to succeed- BA/BS in Finance or Accounting
- Minimum 3-5 years of related experience required (Software industry and/or CPA firm experience preferred)
- Broad knowledge of technical application of ASC 606 and all other current authoritative literature related to revenue recognition is required, with an emphasis on Software and SAAS principles
- Experience and understanding of the Quote to Cash cycle
- Proven record of guiding a project from requirements setting to Production Acceptance Testing (PAT); knowledge of agile methods is preferred
- Proven ability to drive large-scale planning processes that involve multiple business partners
- High attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to lead, set objectives, and seek to results
- Proven record of delivery and ability to assess and prioritize competing demands
- Hands on experience with SAP Order to Cash
- Interest in design, project management, and collaboration
- Deep understanding of AI-assisted tools, and active, thoughtful ability to employ frontier models for building risk-controlled Revenue Systems
Expected Pay Range:Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $87,800 - $188,550 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.In California, the pay range for this position is $130,200 - $188,550
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
