Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
• 6+ years of project management experience in medical device
• PMP certification preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of Computer Aided Drafting (CAD) software and statistical analysis software
• Familiarity with Design Control and Design History Files

Responsibilities

• Champion multiple project teams and drive engagement toward project success
• Utilize subject matter expertise to manage complex projects and foster innovative problem-solving
• Develop and employ project management tools for planning, risk management, and financial oversight
• Act as a thought leader in project management development initiatives across the organization
• Collaborate effectively across levels for decision-making and stakeholder buy-in
• Provide constructive feedback to enhance team performance
• Proactively manage project risks and identify solutions
• Communicate project progress to executive leadership at key milestones
• Mentor and coach junior project management staff
