Standard Job DescriptionYou will be the Quality Engineer Senior for the Quality Engineering Team. Our team is responsible for ensuring product and process quality across design, production, and supplier domains.
What You Will Be DoingAs the Quality Engineer you will be responsible for applying quality principles throughout the product lifecycle, collaborating with program management, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and customers to uphold rigorous quality standards.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Conduct technical evaluations of product requirements, specifications, designs, and procedures.
- Lead product failure investigations, material review board decisions, and corrective/preventive actions.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve internal and supplier performance and productivity.
- Design and analyze inspection and testing processes, including statistical analysis of quality data.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able obtain a Secret clearance. A company-sponsored interim Secret clearance is required to start.
Basic QualificationsMust have ability to obtain an Interim Secret Clearance required prior to start
bachelor's degree or higher preferrably in a STEM field or equivalent experience/combined education
Experience working with suppliers and/or manufacturing in a dynamic environment
Desired SkillsExperience interpreting drawings, specifications, and contracts that will enable development and review of Quality Engineering processes, and related Performance Metrics.
Experience with AS9102 (First Article Inspection) methodology / implementation and requirements
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and interact with Engineering and Technology, Production Operations, Global Supply Chain, Reliability Engineering, and other program stakeholders
Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $85300.00 - $158300.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
