- Orchestrate operational readiness activities, coordinating across Senior Operations Managers, Construction Managers, Reliability & Maintenance Engineering, and Workplace Health & Safety to ensure successful project launches.

- Own program communication and stakeholder management, presenting project status, metrics, and recommendations to leadership teams while accelerating progress through crisp decision-making and proactive issue escalation.

- Influence internal and external stakeholders without formal authority, driving adoption of new processes and change management initiatives across diverse teams.

- Manage multiple concurrent priorities simultaneously, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills and ability to context-switch between tactical execution and strategic planning.

- Regional travel up to 25% to support on-site launches, retrofits, and stakeholder engagement.
