- Partner with engineering, design, science, and business teams to deliver high-quality features on time
- Engage directly with AWS customers - from startups to Fortune 500 enterprises - to understand pain points, gather feedback, and validate product direction
- Define and analyze success metrics (adoption, usage, reliability, latency, cost efficiency) to inform product decisions and measure impact
- Prioritize features and trade-offs based on customer impact, technical feasibility, operational excellence, and business value
- Drive cross-functional alignment across messaging services and adjacent AWS services (Lambda, EventBridge, Step Functions, Kinesis)
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Master's degree in a technical field, or Master of Business Administration
- 5+ years of enterprise scale infrastructure or development-based cloud programs/projects in a related industry experience
- Experience in launching new products
- Experience with messaging systems, event-driven architectures, or distributed systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, AMQP, MQTT)
