Summary This role is responsible for developing and executing product marketing strategies that articulate value propositions, support go-to-market initiatives, drive product adoption and enable revenue growth. The role applies market insight, customer understanding, competitive intelligence, and cross-functional collaboration to position offerings effectively and shape product messaging, go-to-market plans and adoption strategies. It guides product launches and equips customer-facing teams with the tools and messaging needed to drive adoption and retention while supporting business growth and market success. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Develop and refine positioning, value propositions, and messaging frameworks for assigned products or portfolios, aligned to target audiences and market dynamics. Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities, inform positioning strategies, and support product and go-to-market decisions. Plan and execute go-to-market initiatives, including launch and adoption strategies, cross-functional coordination, and readiness activities. Create and maintain customer-facing and internal enablement materials such as presentations, sales tools, product collateral, web content, and campaign messaging. Partner with product management to translate technical capabilities into clear, benefit-oriented messaging. Collaborate with marketing teams and cross-functional stakeholders to align product messaging across digital, content, demand generation, and brand channels, ensuring consistency with broader portfolio and brand narratives. Support sales enablement through training materials, competitive insights, objection-handling frameworks, and ongoing content updates. Analyze pipeline performance, sales feedback, customer insights, and campaign results to identify optimization opportunities and improve conversion outcomes. Maintain product marketing plans, frameworks, and insights to support consistency, scalability and informed business decision-making. Lead cross-functional stakeholder alignment, timelines, deliverables, and communications to ensure consistent and effective execution of product marketing initiatives. Ensure product marketing activities adhere to internal policies, processes, and quality standards. Perform other duties and responsibilities as required to support business needs. Qualifications Typical experience: 5+ years in related role or experience. Actual experience may vary depending on role complexity, geography, and internal development opportunities or a comparable mix of training, education, and experience. Working knowledge of product marketing principles, positioning strategies, and go-to-market processes. Ability to synthesize complex or technical information into clear, value-focused messaging. Demonstrated capability in product marketing, strategic marketing, portfolio marketing, or related go-to-market functions. Analytical skills to interpret market, customer, competitive, and performance data and support continuous improvement and business decision making. Strong written and verbal communication skills suitable for internal and external audiences. Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and collaborating with product, sales, customer success, and marketing stakeholders. Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines within established processes. Proficiency with common marketing, research, and presentation tools. Preferred Qualifications Education: University degree preferred. Experience supporting product launches within subscription-based or recurring revenue business models. Experience developing business cases, market opportunity assessments, and go-to-market recommendations informed by customer, market, and competitive insights. Familiarity with sales enablement methodologies and lifecycle marketing principles. Experience with industry research, competitive analysis, market segmentation, and buyer persona development practices. Experience using marketing automation, CRM, or analytics platforms. Experience working in a cross-functional or technology-enabled environment. Possession of a relevant professional certification in product marketing, marketing, or a related field.
