Full Job Description
We're looking for a Product Marketing Specialist who thrives at the intersection of marketing, analytics, product strategy, and partnership management.

In this role, you'll lead our affiliate marketing program, oversee our digital offers platform, and collaborate across the organization to bring product marketing initiatives to life. Schedule/Location

  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule where 2-3 days of your work will be onsite at our Lake Forest corporate office and the rest will be spent working remotely.
  • Local Northern IL / Southeast WI candidates only!


What You'll Do

  • Lead and optimize CCU's affiliate marketing program, serving as the primary liaison between our affiliate agency and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor program performance, profitability, application quality, and partner ROI, providing insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Manage affiliate relationships and commission structures to support growth and profitability goals.
  • Administer and optimize CCU's digital offers platform, coordinating campaigns with product, marketing, finance, digital banking, and external partners.
  • Ensure product offers and content are accurate, compelling, and aligned with conversion objectives.
  • Monitor performance, resolve issues, and leverage data insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Coordinate the creation and delivery of marketing materials, including web content, emails, presentations, sales tools, and collateral.
  • Execute product marketing campaigns and support go-to-market initiatives that drive awareness, adoption, and growth.
  • Assist with product launches, enhancements, testing, and training materials to ensure successful implementation and frontline readiness.
  • Partner cross-functionally to maintain consistent messaging, brand standards, and a strong member experience across channels.


What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably within financial services.
  • 8+ years of relevant marketing experience in lieu of a degree, preferably within financial services.
  • Experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or strategic partner management as well as experience with campaign execution and performance optimization.
  • Knowledge of financial products and services, particularly lending products.
  • Analytical and comfortable using data to guide decisions and measure success.
  • Comfort working with multiple systems and technical platforms.
  • Strong communicator who excels at collaborating across teams and external partners while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.


Compensation & Benefits:

The salary range for this role is $78,198 - $125,114 per year. This role is eligible for an annual bonus opportunity. A specific salary offer considers factors including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the salary range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
