Full Job Description
Major Areas of Responsibility/Essential Functions:

  • Own product strategy, vision, and roadmap for assigned product portfolio; set ambitious yet achievable goals aligned with company objectives and market opportunities
  • Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to define strategy, and align priorities
  • Establish and measure product success through comprehensive KPIs; drive data-informed decision-making and use analytics to optimize product performance and ROI
  • Build and manage strategic customer relationships; conduct regular customer research and feedback sessions to inform product direction and stay ahead of market needs
  • Mentor product managers; foster a culture of continuous learning and best practice sharing within the product organization
  • Develop competitive positioning, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans that drive market share growth and revenue expansion


Specific Product Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive market and customer research to identify emerging opportunities, validate assumptions, and uncover unmet customer needs; synthesize insights into actionable product strategy
  • Partner with executive leadership to influence product direction and align with broader company strategy, financial goals, and market positioning
  • Manage product P&L including budget allocation, revenue forecasting, and ensuring products deliver targeted profitability and market impact
  • Lead competitive analysis and positioning; monitor market trends and competitor activity to maintain product differentiation and market leadership
  • Own the discovery and requirements process; work with engineering to balance technical feasibility, business value, and market impact in feature prioritization decisions
  • Drive launch strategy, go-to-market execution, and product adoption with cross-functional alignment; measure success against launch metrics and optimize based on results
  • Manage product lifecycle decisions with business acumen; evaluate and implement pricing and EOL strategies that maximize customer value and company revenue


Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Demonstrated success launching and scaling products; track record of delivering revenue impact
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen; able to balance customer needs, market opportunities, and business goals to drive product strategy and prioritization
  • Demonstrated leadership skills; ability to influence and align cross-functional teams without direct authority; comfortable presenting to executive leadership
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills; able to craft compelling narratives around product vision, competitive positioning, and value propositions
  • Data-driven decision maker; strong analytical and quantitative skills; comfortable with financial analysis, metrics frameworks, and building data-driven business cases
  • Strong customer empathy and research skills; experience conducting customer interviews, analyzing feedback, and translating insights into product direction
  • Technical acumen and comfort collaborating with engineers; able to understand technical complexity and make informed trade-off decisions
  • Mentoring and team development experience; ability to elevate junior product managers and foster a culture of continuous improvement
  • Proficiency with product management tools (Atlassian, Monday.com), analytics platforms, Microsoft Office, and related software applications
  • Comfortable leveraging AI tools to enhance product management activities, including research, analysis, documentation, and strategic planning
  • Willing and able to travel as needed, including internationally (~5-10%)


Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
  • 7+ years of product management experience required
