About the RoleYou'll take new AI products from idea to market, then help them grow into something that lasts. As part of our New Initiatives product team, you'll find where AI can change how insurance carriers and their policyholders talk to each other, while protecting the human moments that matter most. This is a build role: you'll shape new products, not inherit a roadmap, and your work will touch how millions of people experience insurance. If you get energy from pairing brand-new technology with real customer problems, you'll love this role.
We're in our Boston office Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays to connect, collaborate, and learn together. Recurring meetings typically run between 9:30am and 4:30pm for commuter flexibility.
What You'll Do- Bring new AI-powered products from zero to one, then own the success metrics that help them scale and inform our pricing
- Work directly with carrier teams to learn how they communicate today, test AI-driven solutions, and shape long-term product strategy
- Build trust into every AI interaction, for the policyholder seeking help and for the carrier team behind the experience
- Champion each product from early engineering to launch, leading design, engineering, Customer Success, Support, Sales, and Marketing toward adoption
About You- 6+ years of product management in B2B or B2B2C SaaS, including bringing new products to market and scaling them after launch
- Hands-on experience building generative AI products, ideally conversational AI agents, and you keep up with where AI is heading
- Strong product judgment: you set strategy, lead through ambiguity, iterate fast on customer feedback and data, and explain tradeoffs clearly
- Able to work from our Boston office 3 days a week
Nice to Have- Insurance or insurtech experience
Don't check every box? If this role excites you, we'd still love to hear from you.
