Job Description

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a key addition to our eCommerce Product Management team to drive conversion optimization across the most critical stages of the customer journey within our global direct-to-consumer (DTC) eCommerce ecosystem.

This role focuses on reducing friction at key decision and purchase moments, from Product Detail Pages through Checkout, ensuring customers can confidently evaluate products and complete transactions quickly, reliably, and seamlessly. Operating at a global, cross-brand scale, you will support multiple eCommerce web experiences, balancing consistency, scalability, and brand-specific needs.

You will identify high-value opportunities within your focus area and partner cross-functionally to deliver solutions that maximize customer and business outcomes. In a complex, fast-moving environment, you will apply structured problem-solving, creative thinking, and strong judgment to prioritize effectively, navigate trade-offs, and ensure investment in the most impactful work. While initially focused on lower-funnel optimization, this role will flex to support broader eCommerce initiatives as business needs evolve.

What Your Impact Will Be:
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to shape and inform the product roadmap for your focus area, ensuring alignment to business priorities, customer needs, and high-impact outcomes.
  • Contribute to CRO strategy and the broader product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that maximize value and business impact.
  • Own discovery and assessment of high-impact opportunities, leveraging data, customer behavior, and experimentation to define problems and identify the most valuable opportunity within your domain area.
  • Lead initiatives end-to-end, from concept through delivery and ongoing optimization, ensuring solutions deliver measurable business outcomes and long-term value.
  • Align with leadership to take lead on defining product solutions in partnership with business stakeholders, engineering, UX, and delivery teams, applying forward-thinking and creative problem-solving to customer challenges
  • Own PDP template optimization, building a system of scalable and re-usable templates that improve product evaluation and add-to-cart rates.
  • Drive checkout optimization to increase completion rates by simplifying flows, improving usability, and resolving failure points.
  • Partner closely with engineering to ensure high site performance and stability, including page load times, latency, and transaction success rates
  • Lead A/B testing and experimentation within your domain, establishing clear hypotheses, defining success metrics, and balancing speed of learning with experience quality and risk management.
  • Translate business and commercial goals into scalable, customer-centric product solutions across the eCommerce ecosystem with direction and support from Product Management leadership.
  • Manage a diverse set of stakeholders, and drive cross-functional alignment across product, engineering, design, analytics, marketing, and operations, ensuring decisions are informed by diverse inputs and expertise.
  • Facilitate discussions and navigate differing perspectives to drive alignment and ensure decision-making is informed and aligned to consumer and business needs.
  • Ensure all key use cases, (including edge cases) are considered, delivering robust, reliable, and high-quality experiences
  • Support broader eCommerce initiatives as needed (e.g., merchandising, personalization, promotions, post-purchase), contributing to continuous improvement of the end-to-end journey.

Key Metrics You'll Influence
  • PDP Conversion Rate
  • Add-to-Cart Rate
  • Cart & Checkout Completion Rate
  • Checkout Abandonment Rate
  • Payment Success Rate
  • Page Load Time / Latency (PDP & checkout)
  • Error Rate / Failed Transactions
  • Revenue per Visitor (RPV)
