We are looking for a Senior Principal Tech Lead Manager for AWS Transform, a frontier agent for migration and modernization. You will help architect and drive the technical evolution of autonomous AI agent systems that modernize mission-critical enterprise infrastructure and very large codebases. We help our customers transition to a future of continuous modernization and help them unlock the full potential of GenAI. You will set the technical vision for building state-of-the-art learning systems with knowledge graphs, reasoning, and validation capabilities that operate beyond foundational model boundaries - and translate that vision into concrete research and engineering milestones for your team.
As a technical leader influencing a large engineering organization, you'll balance innovation with operational excellence, mentoring senior scientists and creating an environment where a small, high-caliber group can move fast and punch above its weight. This role is central to disrupting the enterprise modernization market and is a unique opportunity to combine expertise in distributed systems with bleeding-edge innovation in agentic systems.
