You coordinate across Operations, Technology, Commercial, and Product teams to take emerging initiatives from incubation through delivery. One day you9re standing up the operational framework for a new shipping capability with carrier partners. The next, you9re designing the rollout plan for a program that didn9t exist three months ago. Your work determines which experiments become funded programs and which wind down with clear learnings.
This role demands comfort with ambiguity and a bias for action when the playbook doesn9t exist yet. You build execution frameworks for programs that may pivot, scale, or sunset based on what you learn. You bring operational rigor without killing the speed that early-stage bets require. You make go/no-go recommendations with incomplete data. You give leadership honest visibility into what9s working and what isn9t, so they can make confident funding decisions.
