Team: People OperationsSalary Range: 80,000 - 100,000 USDLocation: Remote within the United States
What You’ll Do
Support and optimize People Operations processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, job and compensation changes, leave administration, and offboarding.
Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and self-service solutions that enhance efficiency and employee experience.
Partner cross-functionally with Recruiting, HR Business Partners, Payroll, IT, Legal, Finance, HRIS, and vendors to deliver consistent, high-quality HR services.
Create and maintain process documentation, knowledge base content, training materials, workflows, and audit-ready controls.
Lead operational improvement initiatives, analyze service trends, and drive adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in Human Resources, People Operations, HR Operations, Shared Services, or a related field.
Proven experience improving operational processes, simplifying workflows, and maintaining process documentation.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and driving process improvements in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus points if you also have:
Experience supporting a high-growth or rapidly evolving organization.
Experience with audits, compliance activities, or third-party vendor management.
Familiarity with HR technology platforms, self-service solutions, automation tools, workflow optimization, or RPA.
