Overview

ROLE AT A GLANCE:Contributes to the leadership of the strategic direction, development, and management of the product portfolio across the Everyday Wellness, Skin, Hair & Body Care and Healthy Lifespan Verticals

HOW YOU27LL MAKE AN IMPACT:Develop and implement comprehensive product strategies for Everyday Wellness, Skin, Hair & Body Care & Healthy Lifespan Product Verticals, aligning with market needs and organizational goals.Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept development through to market launch and beyond, ensuring products meet quality, cost, and performance standards.Lead key projects involving global cross-functional teams in the development of innovative products and enhancements, ensuring Herbalife's competitive edge in the marketplace.Monitor category performance against sales & profit targets, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve goals.Conduct marketing research to gain insights on product development, positioning, Distributor  and consumer insightsManaging end-to-end innovation pipelines, including Pro2col integration, LIFE I/O innovation, personalized nutrition initiatives, and additional segments defined in our long-term strategic plan delivering strategic clarity and driving disciplined executionDevelop product concepts and business cases for global product launches, including product formulation, positioning, pricing, packaging, LCDs, trademark clearance, launch marketing campaignDevelop education, training and marketing materials for global product launchesPartner/collaborate with regions on their regional product strategies and business casesAdditional duties as assigned

TEAM DYNAMICS:  You will be part of the Worldwide Product Marketing team. We are a team that develops the Global Product Strategy, leads the Global New Product Development Process and oversees the Global Product pipeline.  We lead all global product innovation and renovation and support the regions with their strategies and new product initiatives. As a global team, we collaborate with regions, cross-functional teams and executives and are the Center of Excellence for Product.

LEADERSHIP AND SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:No direct reports; however, the role needs to lead cross-functional teams on projects

QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS: (Skills, background, and experience required for success)

EducationBachelor27s degree in Marketing, or a related degreeMBA, or business/marketing experience

Experience8+ yearsAt least 6-8 years of brand & product marketing management experience in a traditional Consumer Packaged Goods company (skin & personal care, vitamins & dietary supplements, functional beverages)Industry and/or product experience in the nutrition categoryAt least 5+ years of P&L and project management experienceExperience developing product portfolio strategiesExperience building strong NPD business cases with accompanying strong rationaleExperience analyzing business metrics. Demonstrated successes in new product development, with a thorough understanding of taking a product from concept to launchCross-functional team management experience, collaborating closely with other commercial functions to achieve common goalsExperience managing multiple product segments and multiple product introductions simultaneouslyLeading complex category strategies in large CPG organizations
