BeOne Medicines USA, Inc. seeks Director, Master Data Management in Cambridge, MA.
Job Duties: Own the enterprise MDM program and portfolio of projects related to enterprise MDM working closely with the enterprise data governance initiatives. Drive innovation in MDM, Reference Data Management (RDM) and other data initiatives and shape the long-term view based on industry trends and opportunities. Drive harmonization of relevant Master Data processes to provide a common view of the business while also offering flexibility to meet functional needs. Lead targeted communication, change management, and training associated with Master Data Management to ensure adoption. Drive the centralization, standardization, and harmonization of the master data landscape. Develop targeted metrics showing impacts of data activities, with executive dashboard to show key benefits and outcomes associated with data activities. Continued focus on master data operational excellence, including advanced technologies, to optimize data value chain. Experience leading multiple development teams across various value streams providing nurturing leadership and talent development efforts for successful project delivery, application, and platform support. Lead requirement analysis and design discussions with users, technical and business stakeholders and monitor all agile ceremonies with teams. Full-time telecommuting is an option.
Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and 6 years of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field, OR Bachelor’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and 8 years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field.
Special Skill Requirements: (1) MDM/RDM (TIBCO, and Reltio); (2) data architecture; (3) SAP ERP Data; (4) Azure; (5) AWS; (6) Snowflake. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Full-time telecommuting is an option.
Disregard the below range, the selected candidate will earn a wage of $226,900 - $239,800 per annum.

Salary Range: $136,900.00 - $181,900.00 annually
