We Are Looking For

The Sr. Manager, M&A Integration will lead and coordinate post-acquisition integration activities across FDH Electronics, beginning with the transition from diligence through closing, Day 1 readiness, implementation, and post-close stabilization. This role will serve as the central project manager for each integration, ensuring that functional workstreams are aligned, risks and dependencies are actively managed, and commitments made during the transaction process are successfully executed. Working cross-functionally with business and functional leaders, the Sr. Manager, M&A Integration will establish integration plans, governance, timelines, and performance tracking to help newly acquired businesses operate effectively within FDH Electronics. The role will maintain a strong focus on business continuity, operational execution, synergy realization, and sustainable profitability following each acquisition.

What You'll Do

As a Sr. Manager, M&A Integration, you will be responsible for:

Integration Strategy & Leadership

  • Own the end-to-end integration process from the completion of diligence through full operational stabilization.
  • Translate diligence findings, transaction commitments, identified risks, and value-creation opportunities into a clear integration strategy and execution plan.
  • Lead cross-functional integration teams and establish priorities, decision rights, deliverables, and accountability across all workstreams.
  • Serve as the central point of leadership for integration decisions, risks, dependencies, and issue resolution.

Closing & Day 1 Execution

  • Lead closing and Day 1 readiness to ensure continuity for employees, customers, suppliers, and business operations.
  • Drive completion of all critical pre-close and immediate post-close actions.
  • Identify execution risks early, resolve barriers, and escalate decisions requiring executive leadership.
  • Ensure acquired leadership teams understand integration priorities, expectations, and timelines.

Cross-Functional Integration

  • Lead integration across Operations, Finance, HR, IT, Supply Chain, Sales, Quality, Legal, and Compliance.
  • Hold functional leaders accountable for integration commitments, milestones, and business outcomes.
  • Drive the integration of organizational structures, systems, processes, policies, reporting, and operating practices.
  • Balance FDH standardization requirements with the need to preserve the acquired company's critical capabilities, customer relationships, and competitive strengths.

Financial Performance & Value Creation

  • Partner with Finance and business leadership to convert the acquisition business case into measurable operational and financial objectives.
  • Drive execution of cost synergies, revenue opportunities, margin improvements, and other value-creation initiatives.
  • Evaluate performance against integration commitments and require corrective action when results fall below expectations.
  • Ensure integration decisions support customer retention, profitable growth, operational efficiency, and sustainable EBITDA improvement.

Stabilization & Integration Effectiveness

  • Lead the acquired business through post-close stabilization and transition integration responsibilities into ongoing business ownership.
  • Resolve outstanding operational, organizational, financial, and cultural issues that could prevent the acquisition from achieving its objectives.
  • Conduct post-integration reviews to assess results, reinforce accountability, and capture lessons learned.
  • Build and continuously improve FDH Electronics' integration playbook, governance model, tools, and best practices.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of five years of experience leading integrations, enterprise programs, business transformations, operations, or comparable cross-functional initiatives.
  • Experience with mergers and acquisitions, post-merger integration, or private-equity-backed value-creation initiatives strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, drive decisions, and hold senior functional stakeholders accountable.
  • Strong financial acumen, including experience with business cases, profitability drivers, integration costs, synergy realization, and performance reporting.
  • Experience within aerospace and defense, electronics distribution, manufacturing, or another operationally complex industry preferred.
  • Ability to travel to acquired businesses and FDH Electronics locations as required.
