The Challenge As a Senior Manager, Corporate Strategy, will join a highly entrepreneurial team, including alumni from management consulting firms and experts in digital media and marketing. The responsibilities will encompass a wide array of strategic topics, such as developing product strategies, assessing the impact of technological trends such as GenAI, analyzing the competitive landscape, determining Adobe's future strategic positioning, and crafting a perspective on market adjacencies, including the strategies to pursue (e.g., build, buy, or partner). Drive projects and cross-functional initiatives sought at accelerating Adobe's long-term growth. In this role, there be an outstanding opportunity to support senior executives across the business. Help them tackle their most critical challenges and gain invaluable insights into their decision-making processes. This position often serves as a launchpad to distinctive operational and general management roles both within Adobe and across the tech sector!
What is needed to succeed - 6+ years of proven track record of leading transformational change with increasing levels of responsibility, ideally in management consulting, consumer internet or SaaS strategy

Expected Pay Range:Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $134,600 -- $256,450 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In California, the pay range for this position is $177,100 - $256,450
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
