Full Job Description
Entity: WELL Health Clinic Network Inc.

Job Title: Sr. Manager, Clinic Transformation - East & Analytics

Job Class: Full Time

Location: Ontario, Canada

Salary Range: $85,000 - $100,000 CAD per annum

The Role

This is a rare hybrid role that sits at the intersection of field leadership and data intelligence. You will lead CT's Ontario portfolio - managing a team of Practice Engagement Specialists and owning performance across 45+ primary care clinics - while also building and owning CT's national governance and analytics function: PowerBI dashboards, KPI frameworks, and the performance reporting that gives leadership real-time visibility across the entire network.

Most organizations separate these two functions. We are combining them deliberately. The person closest to what is happening in clinics is the best person to design the reporting that reflects it. If you are equally comfortable leading a difficult physician conversation and building a PowerBI dashboard from scratch, this role was designed for you.

  • Own CT performance across Ontario's 45+ clinics - every clinic has targets and you are accountable for them
  • Serve as the senior CT escalation point for Ontario physicians, clinic managers, and Ops Leaders

Governance & Analytics

  • Design CT's national KPI framework and reporting cadences - giving the Director and leadership a real-time view across all provinces
  • Run quarterly CT performance reviews - structured, data-driven, tied to clear actions
  • Partner with internal data teams to connect CT's reporting to WELL Health's broader data infrastructure

What Success Looks Like
  • Ontario clinics are hittingtargetsand the team is ahead of the pipeline
