What You'll Own- Lead operational performance across multiple clinics
- Coach and develop Practice Managers
- Drive patient experience, staffing, scheduling, and performance
- Understand clinic financials and identify opportunities for improvement
- Support teams through operational and staffing challenges
What We're Looking For- 3-5+ years of dental management experience
- Experience managing a multi-clinic portfolio or high-volume practice
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Understanding of clinic financials and performance
- Comfortable with multiple practice management software platforms
- Ability to travel regularly across Downtown Toronto and the GTA
