Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or Engineering
• 4 to 8 years of experience in information technology
• 4 to 8 years of project management experience
• Experience managing engineering IT projects with a focus on PLM and CAD systems
• Knowledge of project finance management and reporting
• Familiarity with product lifecycle management and enterprise resource planning systems
• Experience managing large-scale projects across multiple time zones
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English
• Ability to work in multicultural teams.
• Enthusiastic problem-solver with a desire for continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Drive large software implementation and upgrade projects for Engineering Systems - PLM, CAD
• Provide PMO support for secondary projects
• Oversee project reporting and documentation
• Create purchase orders for project initiatives
• Engage in project budget processes
• Participate in staff meetings as required
• Develop presentations for leadership
• Manage vendor relationships effectively
• Coordinate efforts across various functions.
