Full Job Description
This role is ideal for a strategic project leader with extensive experience managing enterprise infrastructure projects involving networking, IT asset management, technology deployments, and vendor coordination.

The successful candidate will oversee multiple high-impact initiatives, collaborate with executive stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while driving measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple enterprise infrastructure projects.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, budgets, schedules, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Manage projects involving network infrastructure, structured cabling, audio-visual technologies, endpoint lifecycle management, and enterprise technology deployments.
  • Drive stakeholder alignment and communicate project status, risks, milestones, and financial performance to leadership.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, contractors, and technical resources throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Oversee infrastructure implementation activities including network upgrades, technology relocations, and equipment deployments.
  • Support enterprise IT asset lifecycle initiatives, including hardware refresh planning, inventory management, and asset governance.
  • Manage infrastructure-related vendor engagements, procurement coordination, and installation schedules.
  • Monitor project financials, resource utilization, timelines, and project health while identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • Conduct post-project reviews and document lessons learned to improve future delivery.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • 8-10 years of enterprise IT Project Management experience.
  • Proven success delivering large-scale infrastructure projects in complex organizations.
  • Extensive experience managing:

Preferred Qualifications
  • PMP, Agile, PRINCE2, or similar certification.
  • Experience with structured cabling, fiber optics, copper, and telecommunications infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD, construction documentation, and BICSI standards.
  • RCDD certification (active or inactive) or related infrastructure certification.
  • Experience developing enterprise device lifecycle management programs.
  • Knowledge of UPS infrastructure planning and technology lifecycle replacement programs.
  • Experience supporting higher education, healthcare, or other large enterprise environments.
