Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead large-scale enterprise technology initiatives in a complex, fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for driving cross-functional projects from planning through execution while ensuring alignment across stakeholders, timelines, budgets, and business objectives.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned project leader with exceptional stakeholder management skills, strong executive communication abilities, and a proven track record of successfully delivering complex IT initiatives involving multiple teams and competing priorities.
Required Qualifications - 8-10+ years of progressive IT project management experience
- Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional enterprise technology projects
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Experience managing complex timelines, competing priorities, and difficult stakeholder environments
- Expertise with project management methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches
- Proficiency with project management tools such as:
- MS Project
- Smartsheet
- Jira
- ServiceNow
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to drive alignment and maintain transparency across teams and leadership
Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- PMP, Agile, or related project management certification preferred
- Experience with enterprise systems, infrastructure, cloud, CRM, ERP, or integration projects
- Experience working within large matrixed organizations
