Corporate FP&A Analyst IV, you will join our Finance team in Walnut Creek, California, and play a key role in executive-level reporting, expense planning, forecasting, and business analysis.
Working closely with the Corporate Finance team and cross-functional stakeholders, you will analyze business performance, strengthen financial processes, and deliver meaningful insights that support management decisions and the company's overall business strategy.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIESFinancial Planning & Reporting- Support the monthly reporting process, ensuring deliverables and timelines are met while providing meaningful analysis of results
- Facilitate the preparation, reporting, and analysis of corporate annual budgets and monthly forecasts
- Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and financial analyses used for key business activities and decision-making
- Run and analyze financial reports across multiple systems and assist with management reporting
Executive & Business Support- Support the preparation of materials that enable clear communication and understanding at the executive and Board levels
- Anticipate potential questions and independently investigate errors and financial variances
- Partner with management and cross-functional stakeholders to resolve business issues
- Analyze business metrics and provide insights that support Corporate Finance and the company's broader strategy
Financial Analysis & Process Improvement- Perform structured financial analyses and data mining
- Identify, clarify, and investigate discrepancies and exceptions
- Proactively develop solutions and improve financial processes
- Support the administration of Fintastic as the company's forecasting tool
Your Background- Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of five years of Finance or Accounting experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering consistent and timely results
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high level of intellectual curiosity
- Proven ability to work independently and cross-functionally to determine methods and procedures for assignments
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
- Clear commitment to achieving results while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professional ethics
- Knowledge of Salesforce, PowerPoint, or Tableau is preferred
- Experience implementing or administering financial systems is preferred

CompensationThis role is compensation range is between $110,000 to $140,000 USD plus annual incentive plan bonus. Compensation is determined through interviews and a review of the education, experience, knowledge, skills, location, and abilities of the applicant, and equity with other team members.
