Strong background in finance and accounting principles
Proven experience in financial forecasting and planning
Expertise in financial reporting and analysis
Familiarity with Power BI and data integration technologies
Responsibilities
Own the forecasting and planning process for C&S Finance, including budgets and long-range outlooks
Manage the monthly close process, ensuring accuracy and risk management
Oversee financial activities related to Deals and RTM
Design and automate financial reporting and analysis tools
Lead the enhancement of Power BI dashboards for improved insights
Educate Customer teams on financial data interpretation
Salary: $133,920 - $167,400 plus annual target bonus
Position Responsibilities:
Own the forecasting and planning process for C&S Finance, inclusive of annual budgets, regular forecasts, and long-range outlooks
Own the monthly close process for C&S Finance, inclusive of partnering with Accounting and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy of statements and appropriate management of risks
Oversee all Deals and other RTM financial activitiesDesign, create, and automate new financial reporting and analysis
Advance financial insights and technology by leading the design and enhancement of Power BI dashboards, improving data integration across sources, and leveraging automation to increase speed, accuracy, and insight quality
Educate the Customer teams to improve their understanding and appreciation of financial data
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree with 9 plus years of related experience and 5 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 12 plus years of specific experience and 7 plus years of leadership experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
Master's Degree or Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
