Required Qualifications- Current TS/SCI clearance
- 7-10 years of experience in network engineering or wireless networking
- Strong hands-on experience with Cisco and Aruba Wireless technologies
- Experience supporting large-scale wireless LAN environments
- Strong understanding of wireless security, authentication, roaming, and RF fundamentals
- Experience with routing/switching fundamentals and enterprise network integration
- Familiarity with enterprise logging, monitoring, and SIEM integration
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification
- CCNP or CCIE preferred
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with Cisco Catalyst Center
- Experience with Cisco ISE and wireless policy enforcement
- Experience supporting DoD or other secure government environments
- Knowledge of Wi-Fi 6 / Wi-Fi 6E / Wi-Fi 7
- Familiarity with public cloud networking
- Experience with PKI, certificates, and secure wireless authentication
- Knowledge of NIST SP 800 series and MITRE ATT&CK
Education- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Equivalent experience in enterprise wireless engineering may be considered

Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.

Sr. Network Engineer to support the deployment, operations, and sustainment of secure network infrastructure within a DoD environment. This role is primarily focused on
Cisco Wireless solutions, with additional responsibility for zero trust-aligned network operations, automation, and cyber defense support.
The ideal candidate will have deep experience designing, implementing, and troubleshooting
Cisco and Aruba Wireless environments, including wireless infrastructure, authentication, segmentation, and management through platforms such as
Cisco Catalyst CenterResponsibilities- Design, deploy, and support enterprise Cisco Wireless networks in a secure, highly distributed environment
- Configure and manage wireless infrastructure including access points, controllers, and supporting network devices
- Integrate wireless networks with authentication, policy, and security services such as Cisco ISE, 802.1X, and segmentation controls
- Support wireless design, optimization, and troubleshooting for performance, security, and connectivity
- Plan and execute wireless upgrades, expansions, migrations, and lifecycle refreshes
- Perform Ekahau wireless surveys to support predictive design, validation, and post-deployment verification
- Use Ekahau survey data to assess coverage, capacity, roaming, signal quality, and RF design readiness
- Plan and execute wireless upgrades, expansions, migrations, and lifecycle refreshes
- Maintain network documentation including diagrams, SOPs, configuration records, and implementation logs
- Work with security, systems, and application teams to ensure wireless interoperability and compliance
- Support zero trust-aligned network architecture and DoD security requirements
- Analyze wireless traffic, client behavior, and RF performance to ensure reliable operations
- Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders on equipment selection, implementation, and support
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to operational best practices
