Position: Senior Director, Employment Services
Location: San Diego, CA
Type: Full-time
The pay range for this position is $100, 000 to $110,000.
Your Role: As the Senior Director of Employment Services, you'll be a driving force behind our mission. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leadership: Oversee and provide strategic leadership to our Employment Services units, including Community Employment Services, Work Activity Centers, and Group Employment Training. Your experience and guidance will ensure exceptional program performance.
- Innovation: Combine your business acumen, relationship-building skills, and client advocacy to secure new contracts, nurture existing ones, and expand our footprint. You'll lead efforts to market services and deliver top-tier placement and support for individuals with disabilities.
- Collaboration: Create an environment of collaboration and accountability, fostering a sense of urgency and a commitment to excellence in all operational aspects. You'll supervise and mentor our team to maximize their potential and impact.
- Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain compliance, identify growth opportunities, and stay updated on industry developments. Your leadership will drive continuous quality improvement and innovation.
Qualifications: Your experience and expertise will shine in this role if you possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field (Master's preferred).
- At least seven (7) years of supervisory experience, with a background in employment or rehabilitation services for individuals with disabilities.
- Proven success in program compliance, contract management, and relationship-building with employers and stakeholders.
- Experience in project management and budget oversight.
- A strong understanding of CA Titles 17 & 22.Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to mentor and guide a diverse team.
- A collaborative mindset with the capability to navigate complex challenges and lead change.
