Work Arrangement: This is a hybrid position requiring candidates to work on-site at least 2 days per week at our office in Mississauga. The remaining days may be worked remotely, subject to team and business needs.

Aboutthe Role (Job Summary):

The Sr. Director, Digital Marketing Operations is responsible for shaping and executing the organization's digital platform andmarketing technology strategy. This leader oversees digital products, marketing platforms, operational processes, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-performing digital experiences that support business growth and customer engagement.

This role combines strategic leadership, digital product management, marketing technology (MarTech) expertise, operationalexcellence, and data-driven decision-making. The successful candidate will partner closely with Marketing, Technology, Digital Product, and Business leaders to optimize platforms, improve operational effectiveness, and advance digital transformation initiatives.

WhatYou'll Do (Responsibilities):

DigitalStrategy & Leadership:

  • Developand execute a multi-year digital platform and marketing technology strategy aligned with organizational and commercial objectives.

  • Establishstrategic priorities, operational standards, performance metrics, and governance frameworks for digital marketing operations.

  • Leadand develop high-performing teams, fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

DigitalProduct & Platform Management:

  • Ownthe roadmap and lifecycle management of digital products, including websites, mobile applications, and other marketing-enabled platforms.

  • Partnerwith Technology and Digital Product teams to prioritize enhancements, ensure platform reliability, and deliver exceptional user experiences.

  • Representbusiness stakeholder requirements throughout planning, development, testing, and deployment activities.

MarketingTechnology & Operations:

  • Overseethe selection, implementation, integration, and optimization of marketing technology solutions, including CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, content management systems, and analytics platforms.

  • Establishoperational processes and governance to support the efficient deployment of marketing content across owned digital channels.

  • Driveoperational excellence through process improvement initiatives and automation opportunities.

Analytics& Performance Optimization:

  • Evaluateperformance metrics, customer insights, and digital analytics to measure effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Translatedata into actionable recommendations that improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and business outcomes.

  • Monitorindustry trends, emerging technologies, and evolving digital best practices to maintain a competitive advantage.

Vendor& Stakeholder Management:

  • Buildstrong partnerships with internal stakeholders, senior leadership, and external vendors.

  • Managevendor relationships, contract negotiations, service-level agreements, and solution delivery performance.

  • Influenceenterprise-wide decisions related to digital capabilities, technology investments, and operational priorities.

Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • 10+years of progressive experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, marketing technology, digital product management, or related disciplines.

  • 5+years of people leadership experience, including leadership of managers and cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.

  • Experiencedeveloping and executing digital platform, marketing technology, or digital transformation strategies.

  • Experiencemanaging websites, mobile applications, digital platforms, or enterprise marketing technology solutions.

  • Experienceworking with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, content management systems, and digital analytics solutions.

  • Experience managing budgets and optimizing ROI.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.


PreferredSkills & Experience:

  • Master'sdegree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Experiencein healthcare, retail, distribution, or other highly regulated industries.

  • Bilingualism(English and French) is considered an asset.
