Full Job Description
Develops and retains commercial business, meeting with prospects and clients of moderate size and complexity in a designated region to achieve a moderate sales goal under limited supervision of more experienced personnel.
Makes calls independently and may accompany more experienced personnel on larger account visits.
Gathers related financial and general business information, performs financial analyses needed to make credit decisions, participates in team credit decisions and communicates with prospects and clients to close sales.
Develops broader knowledge base of commercial and other products and services, including loan policy, documentation, structuring and regulatory requirements.
Continues developing growing network of outside referral sources for new business.
Ensures that own work, as well as work of any employees supervised, is in compliance with applicable laws, regulations and guidelines.
Remain compliant with bank guidelines, policies, procedures, regulatory and BSA requirements.
Good communication skills, good computer skills, accuracy, flexibility, ability to handle high stress situations, regular and predictable attendance, exercise discretion and good judgment, follow instructions.

Requirements
