Full Job Description
We are currently seeking a Platform Procurement Senior Buyer to be based out of our New Jersey office. The Senior Buyer is an individual contributor who will be responsible for end-to-end supply management.

What You will Do
  • Collaborate with counterparts to ensure end-to-end supply-demand optimization, such as; Demand analysis, Supply planning, and Inventory management for mechanical products.
  • Procurement execution including forecast releasing, PO process, and logistics arrangement
  • Identify supply risks and prepare mitigation actions. Monitoring the supply shortage and inventory excess to ensure healthy supply.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to achieve best cost, quality, terms, and delivery.
  • Monitor vendor performance through key metrics: delivery, responsiveness, quality, and flexibility. Drive continuous improvement in supplier scheduling, material visibility, and communication processes.
  • Identify opportunities for internal/external process improvement and develop recommendations.


What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 3+ years of direct experience in a procurement or supply chain function in the Computer OEM/ODM Manufacturing or Server System Solution industry. An understanding of server products preferred (alternatively an MS degree and 2+ years' experience)
  • Proficiency in procurement and supply chain principles and skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of order management, fulfillment concepts and processes.
  • Strong analytical and communications skills.
  • Strong multitasking and prioritizing skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office applications and advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Planning and Organization: plan actions with well-structure tracker.
