Sr. Business Developer
We're seeking a technology-centric Sr. Business Developer that can secure new business and drive the growth of our Technology Services and IT Staffing capabilities.
NewGen will offer a handsome base salary, aggressive commissions and a share in the profitability of the business unit.
Key Responsibilities/Attributes:- Must Reside in the Washington DC Metro Area
- 5+ years' BD/Sales experience in Federal/DoD/Intel Space
- Formalize our sales organization, define our sales approach, select prospecting tools, create marketing strategies, identify industry events to attend and build a team.
- Thorough understanding of Federal Government contracting
- Effectively build, manage, and continually develop a sales pipeline to achieve targets.
- Participate in sales, positioning, and strategy discussions with company leadership.
- Facilitate prospective customers' understanding of NewGen capabilities and help identify solution offerings that will meet their needs.
- Lead pricing and positioning strategies for new and existing clients.
