Qualifications

• Proven success in outside sales or account management within a B2B technical environment.
• Strong experience managing high-value named accounts.
• Consultative sales approach with excellent relationship-building skills.
• Exceptional planning, reporting, and forecasting capabilities.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM for activity tracking and deal management.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Willingness to travel regularly to meet with customers, with a minimum of 10 visits per week.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage high-value named accounts in the designated territory.
• Conduct at least 10 in-person customer visits weekly to foster relationships.
• Develop and execute detailed Account Plans for each named account.
• Identify and convert new opportunities within existing accounts and assigned prospects.
• Lead the sales process, coordinating with internal teams for solutions.
• Collaborate with marketing on targeted campaigns for account growth.
• Maintain accurate pipeline updates and activity logging in Salesforce.
