Job Title: Solutions Architect, Sales

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales/Solutions Architect to join our team at K4Connect. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of enterprise technology solutions, particularly in the senior living market, and possess strong technical expertise to effectively communicate the value and benefits of K4Connect's products and services to potential customers. As a key member of the sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, and providing technical expertise throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Act as a subject matter expert on K4Connect's FusionOS Enterprise Operating Platform and K4Community Enterprise Engagement Suite, understanding the technical intricacies and value propositions of each product.
  2. Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify customer needs, provide technical solutions, and support the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
  3. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for potential customers, showcasing the features, functionalities, and benefits of K4Connect's solutions.
  4. Develop and deliver customized technical proposals and solutions based on customer requirements and business objectives.
  5. Provide pre-sales technical support, including answering technical inquiries, conducting solution assessments, and addressing customer concerns.
  6. Work closely with product management and engineering teams to communicate customer feedback, identify product enhancements, and drive product development initiatives.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to maintain a deep understanding of the market and competitors.
  8. Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote K4Connect's solutions and generate leads.
